 Calling All Voices: Share Your Story

One of the things I love most about this space is the sense of connection it creates. While I share my own journey openly, I know there are so many unique perspectives, experiences, and reflections out there that deserve to be heard. So, I’d love to invite you—my readers—to contribute!


I’m asking for short paragraph submissions that reflect your thoughts, experiences, or insights related to discipline, growth, and the dynamics that come with it. Whether your story is lighthearted, deeply personal, reflective, or even a little humorous, your voice matters here.


If you’d like to participate, please email your paragraph submission to lisa1982jack50n@gmail.com . I’ll be selecting some to feature in upcoming posts (with your permission, of course).


If you’re not sure what to write about, here are a few prompts to get you started:


  • A moment you felt nervous or anticipatory leading up to a spanking

  • How discipline has impacted your emotional growth or self-awareness

  • The communication between you and your partner before or after a session

  • A time you felt especially vulnerable—and what you learned from it

  • The role of trust in your dynamic

  • A light or even funny moment that stands out to you

  • How your mindset has changed over time regarding discipline

  • What aftercare means to you and why it matters

  • A lesson that stuck with you long after the moment passed


You don’t need to write anything long—just a thoughtful paragraph or two is perfect. Honest, respectful, and genuine reflections are what make this community meaningful.

      I was thinking about it and There are a couple of ways you could do it. I think the easiest you could do is join "Similar Worlds". make an account and then they have a messaging system that you could paste your story in a message to me. After a Private Moment of Correction There’s always a certain quiet that follows a private moment of correction between my husband and me. It’s not just the silence in the room, but the emotional stillness that lingers afterward. When we step back into the world—out to dinner, church, or the grocery store—I often carry that sense of humility and tenderness with me. It’s not visible to anyone else, but I can feel it with every careful movement, every reminder of the closeness we shared. Sometimes I catch myself being overly aware of my own body language.
